***Important note: Registration is only complete once you have filled out the Google Form, which is linked in the confirmation email. The subject of that email is "Your ticket for Summer Bike Camp 2022". Please email bookkeeper@elgrupocycling.org with any questions.
Limited to one session per camper
(i.e., you can sign for only one of the three summer sessions).

Participating in Youth Summer Bike Camp is about empowerment, building confidence, and above all . . . FUN! Through our Youth Summer Bike Camp program your child’s confidence, knowledge, and skills increase in a safe, fun and peer-inspired environment. Activities focus on developing safe-riding skills, mechanical knowledge, and bike handling for each skill level, as well as exposure to health and wellness, environmental stewardship, air quality issues, and recycled art through a series of hands-on experiences.

Campers begin and end each day at El Grupo’s Clubhouse located at 610 N. 9th Ave, near 5th Street and west of Stone Ave, just north of downtown.
Campers begin the day at 8:00 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.
Camp is designed for youth aged 7-13 years old.
Here is a sample schedule to get an idea of what campers will experience at Youth Summer Bike Camp:
Day 1: Orientation to the values of El Grupo, bikes, bike mechanics, and bike safety. And we ride!
Day 2: On-the-bike skills sessions and nutrition activities.
Days 3 & 4: Bike rides! With lots of skills training along the way, recycled art, health & clean air activities.
Day 5: Bike ride to group “Goal Destination” and Graduation Celebration!
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
30-90 days prior to start date: $50 processing fee for cancellations. No fee for session changes (based on availability).
30 days or fewer prior to start date: NO REFUND for cancellations. $25 fee for session changes (based on availability).
